Disabling tiny peek at open window(s) in taskbar


I've been a silent reader for quite some time... Now i'm having a little problem tweaking and customizing windows 7 pro x64 i have... considering weak processor i have in my thinkpad x120e i'd like to disable a feature of aero (if i'm not mistaken) which show a tiny peek at open window(s) in task bar... well i don't know what it name is, but i'd like to disable it... could you guys, the masters and gurus of windows customization be able to help me with this...

if i made you guys confused with what i'm talking about, please look at the screenshot i attached...

please excuse my english as it's not my mother tongue... thanks in advance
