Im trying to make a VBScript to press CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + F12?

How do i do this beacause this wont work?

set wShell=wscript.createobject("wscript.shell")
wShell.sendkeys "^%+{F12}"
Set WshShell = Nothing

Also, do anyone know a good free VBS to EXE converter?
