| | Windows 7 Boot animation on 720p Anyone know how to get the boot animation to work below 768 lines? I'm hoping for some registry or text file change. This is another annoying faux pas of MS' in my humble opinion. They opted to support only 768 and up. My HDTV boots at 720p (probably thanks to the vga card) and doesn't go up to 1080p until the nvidia driver gets to kick in, which of course is after the boot animation. There are other modern display types affected by this. It is purely cosmetic but you still feel left out in the cold.  |
