What do you mean? Just making an icon?
Jerry
Actually I was wondering what the correct location was for the iPad icon. I tried to open the system32/.dll file to locate the missing icon to no avail. I followed the steps 3 posts up and it worked great for my missing iPhone icons.
You are saying you had the icon showing at one time and now it is not? If that is the case which window is not showing in Windows Explorer or device manager or?

Windows explorer will not see my iPad, iTunes does though. I have tried plugging it in DFU mode, and the drivers are saying they installed fine.
I want to be able to sync photos when I plugg it in and I cannot figure out how to get Windows to see it!

I am sorry but I don't think I can help you getting Windows to recognize your ipad, it could be a driver issue I'm not sure. I would suggest you go to an Apple forum for an iPad forum they may be of more help.
