    how to restrict a user

    hello every one
    I'm using windows 7 64x ultimate
I sometimes play games on on it.
my brother has been annoying me to play on it as well
I want to make a standard user for him while restricting what programs he can use.
basically I want him to be able to play the games even if they may require administrator access and restrict his program access as well as folder access

    This should protect your files:
I have had a good experience with it.
Protected Folder - Protect Folder and File with Password in Windows 7, Vista and XP - IObit

To block Applications (will work for files too)
Block Programs In Windows 7 Without AppLocker -
    Or use AppLocker:

    Full Control - Max Rights.
Modify - Edit and change the file.
Read and Execute - Read and open the file.
    Read - Read the file.
Write - Include your own information.

It's free as I have used it before and it says Free Download on the site, but I recommend to not download IObit Advance System Care 5, I have used it before and didn't find any problems but there are bad reviews about it.

Edit: Just downloaded it, there is a 20 Lock Limit Trial (for example if I lock and unlock something - it takes 1 lock away) it used to be 100% free.
