Trying to understand some details of the Task Manager?

I'm creating a basic how-to document showing co-workers how to create a popup reminder box in the Task Manager. Using an online tutorial and some guesswork, I created one on my PC that works fine.

However, there were some things I wasn't really clear about, and I want to ask you folks before we start creating this reminder on each PC based on my first effort.
1- In the General tab, what value is supposed to go in the field named Location? I left it with the default backslash, then wondered if that might have been the reason that I can't find this task to edit/delete it when I re-open the Task Manager.
2 - In the New Trigger tab, what's the purpose of the check box named "Stop task if it runs longer than:"?
3 - In the Settings tab, what's the purpose of the check box similarly-named "Stop the task if it runs longer than:"?

Possibly relevant to answering these three questions: In our office, most users just lock the screen when they leave at 5 pm. They don't log off. However, most do shut down their PCs for the weekend.

1 - The location field is pretty much the same as the location field in a shortcut.
It generally points to the root folder of the application in question (if a application is in use) in my own experience everything works just fine if you leave it totally blank.

2 - to prevent task(s) from getting in the way of system use. Generally that surrounds tasks that will be used in off hours, or might be resource intensive. Like disk defrags or scans.

3 - redundant, it is the same for all purposes I am aware of.

a simple reminder box shouldn't be cause to worry about any of the more advanced fields or settings there.
