Hi to everyone. I don't know if this is the right section, if not, I will be glad if it will be moved in the right one.
My problem is: I want to see the hours in the start menù, in the top of it, instead of the trayicon. If you know a solution, I'd appreciate your help. Thanks!

I think there is no way to place the clock n the top of start menu . But there may be a way that is not known to me

I'd have to agree with Arc. This tutorial shows the customizations allowed through Windows 7.

There may be some 3rd party tools available (do an internet search for "customize windows 7 start menu") but no guarantee how bad they may mess things up.
Just out of curiosity, since the start menu is only displayed when you click the start button or click the windows key on the keyboard, and then disappears if you do anything else, wouldn't it be just as easy to look at the system tray to see the time? :)
Ask VG used to have a tutorial which added date picker to the run dialog box.

Thanks to all for the infos, you were very kind, but I didn't find what I searched for.
Yes it is, but I put a 3rd part skin in my Windows 7, and its clock in the system tray is bigger than the standard one, so it is a bit annoying.. Also, I have not a widescreen, so I have not so much orizontal space in my taskbar. At least, can you link me a tutorial with a tutorial for to customize the font and its dimensions of the clock? It would be a good solution for me.

You said you are using a third-party theme have you tried asking the theme maker to change that for you?
Another way would be to download a 30 day trial of Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation. and Notepad++ Home it's free. Then open up the theme's .msstyles With restorator and go to String and drag-and-drop the Neutral.rc file to your desktop now open it with notepad++ and change the font or the size or both one at a time and save it put it back in to restorator and save it and try the theme and see if you change the font it will be a long process one font at a time and you still may not actually get it or it will change more than just a clock font. You will need to Switch to a different theme to do the above you cannot be using the theme you are trying to edit at the same time and you will have to log off and log on after each test.
Third you could purchase Ave's Windows7 Style Builder and change that font only in just a few clicks. If you are using the default aero theme I would make that change for you in just a few minutes and to make it work You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.

Jerry! But I still have a little problem. There are very large spaces (separators?) at the clock sides.. I uploaded this screen of my tray-icon to make you understand my REAL problem (because those spaces were my initial issue.. they take a lot of nonsense space
