Here's a rainbow bokeh wallpaper I made using this tutorial. I kept with the Windows 7 theme so I put a little 7 in one of the circles, see if you can spot it.

You should keep a few circles without the blur effect and see the difference.

And yeah, I had the top layer without any blur but then decided that I wanted a blur of 1 rather than nothing.
