Custom Made Sig and Avatar [8]

Could a few of you guys try a sig for Dust Sailor? He has been asking me about one. I'm certainly the wrong person.

Just one point, Jaidyn ! While making a sig, make it large at first. Then resize the large one, with keeping the aspect ratio intact .

If the intended person applies the large one, the transparency will not be there.

Oops, sorry. I thought it gets resized with the transparency! How exactly do I resize it?
