    Branding disappeared

    Hi
I've tried changing the windows 7 branding at the login screen with this tutorial: Log On Screen - Change or Remove Text Branding[2]=Appearance Personalize
But when I have saved the dll file and replaced the original with the modified one, the branding in the bottom of the login screen disappears instead of being changed. I replaced the original BMP's with my modified ones of the same size.
Anyway if someone has interest in helping me I have attached the original BMP's and my modified ones.
I have edited the DLL-file with reshacker 3.6.0.92.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

I think the files need to be .png not .bmp files

Yes, that sounds right for me, but why were they in BMP when I extracted them with reshacker?
Anyway I'll try using PNG files instead, and see if it works .)

They are .bmp if you don't edit them right they can display wrong. edit them save as a .png then go here Online Image Converter and convert them to .bmp

+1 to Bongo ! They should be .bmp files, and if not edited rightly, they will display wrong.

Right editing means the .bmp files needs alpha channel transparency . So you are to add the transparent alpha channel, otherwise, the display will not be proper.

My suggestion was for using "Windows-7-Logon-Branding-changer"
Sorry didn't click that you were using reshacker.
