Changing the print test page image

So I just got this random idea and checked google but found nothing. Can the image that prints on the printer test page be changed, and if so, how?

I'm on windows 7 64 bit

[edit]

Ok, people don't seem to get my point. You know the page that comes out with the windows logo image and a list of the drivers being used on it when you click print test page from printer properties in windows? That's the one I want to change.

After using the print test on a HP many years ago I now just print a small text file to see it the printing is OK.

The HP print test printed out a FULL page coloured print. Never again.

Doesn't help you but I had to say something.

I'm not sure of the "modern" printers but the test page used to be generated from the printer. It was stored in the printer's NVRAM and could not be changed. You could verify this because the test page could be printed without the printer even being connected to a PC.
