Windows 7: Icon disappeared

Now, browse to C:\Windows\system32\imageres.dll . Copy it on desktop . Zip it. Upload the zip in mediafire and post the link to me .

I want to see if it is ok, or if it needs any adjustment.

If any adjustments are needed, I will do it, and return it to you, with the steps to apply it.

well that didn't work either
but the problem is solved, i just moved all the data from there to the other drive and formatted it its back to normal.

Hi all, turned on the comp this am and my shortcut firefox icon was no longer on the desktop. Checked properties but no option to change it there. On the start menu the icon is shown as an app icon so can't get a shortcut there. Any ideas welcome thanks
