Rainmeter-Cache making new Path ???

I have problem when my TraxEx software all 2h cleaning my TEMP folder delete Rainmeter-Cache folder an not work my Rainmeter SKIN ??? Here is the skin ---> https://almigo.deviantart.com/#/d4ldt55

I seaching for the auto restart this SKIN when the cleaning Rainmeter-Cache or have you a trick for this problem ???
