Jumplist Launcher (From Scratch?)

So okay... I've played around with the actual Jumplist Launcher application, but you're really limited to just one jumplist. You can't have multiple instances, or seperate jumplists on your taskbar (at least not that I am aware of).

Is there a way to create your very own jumplists and have a few of them scattered around your taskbar? If so, I'd sure like to learn how to do that!

I've checked that out a little bit, too. But I don't really want to use some program that someone built for some reason. I would rather learn how to do it from scratch. It looks like a pretty hard and lengthy process.

I had to actually download Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and download the WindowsAPICodePack. I've been looking through all of that but to be honest, I'm just too damned stupid to learn all of this. Unless there's a great tutorial out there.

I know, I should really just use a pre-built program. I just feel like I need to learn how to do them from scratch. Knowing that I did it and I didn't give myself a virus or something. Hehehe!
