You can try converting it into a .scr and then adding it into
C:\Windows\System32
Then just go to Control panel and change the screensaver like normal

(not tested) but should work

Im thinking you want the countdown running in the screensaver. It would use up a bunch of resources. We could tell you more if you told us abt your computer specs.

It dont work btw because I just tried converting it, the countdown thinks the time is already up when it's converted into a .scr.

EDIT: that's with using 'InstantStorm' to convert it to scr btw, it may work if you can get it to load a web-page as a scr with it embeded maybe.

I didn't know what to say about it but it's been happening for a few weeks now. Randomly and sometimes when explorer restarts. Could someone explain it to me? There are like two extra windows that do nothing and it doesn't just happen with this one program but almost all that are open at the time.
