Cannot change desktop wallpaper for Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Every time I try change my desktop wallpaper it just reverts back to solid colour. I can change between solid colours, but it won't even let me return to the default wallpaper. I've tried checking my power settings and I've checked the Ease of Access center, and I've run a Spyware scan with no success. I tried creating a new user account and I can change the wallpaper fine in the new one, but I'd rather not move all my files over to another profile. I'm the administrator, so it won't be because of any permission issues. Any help please?
