how do i get my desktop wallpaper to move

i have a animateg gif when i open it in my pictures it moves but if i set it as wallpaper or background it does not move?is there a way to get it to move when i set it as wallpaper..im running windows 7 enterprise.

Welcome to the Seven Forums
You cannot set a animated .gif as a background image and expected to be animated. You would need to do something like this DreamScene - Install in Windows 7 and Vista VLC is capable of doing it also.

No you won't be able to use a .gif image you will have to use a compatible video format like .MPG and .WMV
