Windows 7 aero effects on windows XP?

    hi,
when in windows 7 i close/open or i maximize/minimize windows, they do a very nice effect.
Is there a tweak for windows xp that enable those aero effects? i'm using BorderSkin but it doesn't do that..

    (sorry for bad english!)

WindowBlinds might have what you're looking for: stardock.com/products/windowblinds
    Or possibly Rainmeter: rainmeter.net

Windowblinds (that xichael suggested) can make it look like 7, with appropriate themes, but it will not add the other aero effects that you mentioned .

You should really avoid trying to put Aero-like UI on Windows XP. Unlike Windows 7 where Aero is handled by the GPU exclusively Windows XP lacks the infrastructure to handle Aero-like UI on the GPU.

so Aero-like effects on XP will decrease a lot system performance?
