I don't know if this has been asked before, but I would like to know how to remove some of the enormous Windows 7 font collection.
Not because of any space issues, but solely to help me find the font(s) I might want, without scrolling through the ones I will never use, to find them. There are 192 fonts in my folder, I believe that I need only about half of them. When I have attempted to remove certain fonts, the message appears, <
XXXXX Font Cannot Be Removed, Because It Is A System Font>
If this is Windows 7 installing a fonts set that is meant to be "All for One and One for All", I see it as a backward step, which restricts the ability of the user to do with his/her PC as they see fit. How can I remove these pesky fonts please?
