Syspreping a Windows 7 machine for deployment using GHOST

Okay I have had windows 7 on my pc since I got my laptop, however I am new to the Windows 7 environment at work. I have just recently started getting some ready to send out and I am having problems with the sysprep thing. I have used it with xp but with nothing else. SO i was wondering if there have been any helpful pieces of advice that I have missed. Any help would be appreciated.

I just don't know where to start to do this. I have the XP sysprep given to me by the gentleman who did imaging before me and before that I was putting images that were already made so new and brighter future of making my own 7 images for the various pcs is ahead of me.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Thank you
