Windows 7: Recovering the right click options of deskbar elements

Hi,



the Windows 7 options of the deskbar's elements/apps/icons submenu
is vain & useless for me. if i want to reopen a firefox window,
for example, i can use the quick launch option & i wouldn't right
click on a present window .. .

how could i recover the:

minimize
maximize

options that were present in that section in xp & older systems

I've found this:

But i'd like it to make it permanent for the right clicking action only, excluding "shift" .. .
