How to get rid of this toolbar ?

Instead of flooding with ambiguous descriptions, here's a picture of what I'd like to get rid of, in a random window, with one file selected. That makes the toolbar refer to it by changing the options available (adding "Open with..." for example).

(Referred toolbar is marked with a red frame.)

I'd like to know how to remove this toolbar from my windows.

Thanks for reading and have a pleasant day :)
