Windows 7: GPO Wallpaper not appear on PC

Hi,

I have a Group Policy set up to push a company desktop wallpaper out to all Windiws 7 PCs based up membership of a security group.

The policy works on all machines except for one. All are HP machines and were purchased about the same time.

If a Domain Admin logs into the PC in question the wallpaper is applied.

The user is a member of the correct security group and has read access to the GPO.



Display settings even show that the wallpaper is applied and shows a thumbnail of it, but the wallpaper still displays the distracting HP wallpaper.

Any help appreciated
