Looking for a reminder wallpaper (If possible)

I am looking for a wallpaper that can have customized reminders. I am unsure if this is possible on windows 7, but I wanted to ask to be sure.

Something like the image below (which is a live wallpaper for android), but I am looking for a similar alternative for windows 7...

Thanks

Its not a wallpaper but you could just use "sticky notes" it is built in to win7 if you leave it open when you shut down it acts just like a start up program and will stay on you screen till you "x" it to close.
I'm on my phone right now but I think the path is
Start button>all programs>accessories
