Custom Theme Picture cropped and uncropped?

Hey! I just registered to this website JUST to ask this question.

I have this custom theme of 121 pictures. I have it set up all how I want and everything. But there is this one thing I can not seem to find. You see, some of my pictures have a high enough resolutions for me to make them "fill" the screen instead of displaying the normal picture. However, some others aren't as high in resolution.

Is there a way I can have specific pictures fill my screen, and/or specific pictures NOT fill my screen in the same theme?

For example, two pictures in a theme. One is 400x800 (Weird res, but first numbers I thought of), the other is 1280x1080. One, I can make fill the theme (1280x1080) without loosing too much quality. However, if the 400x800 fills the screen than the quality goes right up my arse. Is there a way I could set the 1280x1080 to fill the desktop, and the 400x800 one to keep it's original size, making the rest of the screen black?

*NOTE* That was just an example, I have tens of these pictures that would be nice to do this to. Is there a way?

    Welcome to the Seven Forums
I do not believe there is a way to do what you are trying to do without maybe a third party program which I am not aware of.
It may be time consuming but using your example using some kind of image editor you could make a 1280 x 1080 black background then place and center your 400 x 800 image on top of the black background then save it and put it in your wallpaper folder (or wherever you have your photos located) then it should do with trying to do.

    That's not good news...

I might just make the pictures their normal size. Regardless of what I'll do, I will be looking for a 3rd party program that does that.

    ...Wish me luck.
