Windows 7: How to change a specific hotkey?

How to change a specific hotkey?

Is there any way to disable or possible change a specific hotkey? I have win+space set up to a personal preference on XP, but I cannot do it in 7 because of the Aero Peek function. I like most of the other hotkeys, so I don't want to disable them all.

Any ideas?
