    Hello markshim

In my opinion you are best to leave the services alone, it will only cause you issues in the future and windows 7 runs perfectly fine on the default settings. If you want to speed up boot just disable items from the start-up tab only, nearly all can be disabled from the start-up list apart from your antivirus.

ok i will leave the rest then. the only other services i have disabled are the windows defragger and windows defender, i use defraggler and i have a anti virus which needs defender turned off.
