Windows 7: Pop-up Desktop Folder?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any software which makes desktop folders work like an android phone would.

If you don't know what I mean, Check the image below.

So, instead of opening in windows explorer, the contents of the folder are displayed in something almost like a speech bubble.
