I can only change my background?

I'm new to windows 7 and i recently tried to install a theme and the only thing that worked was the background. I looked around and found a tutorial about turning on aero effects. I tried to turn it on but it says:

video driver doesn't support Aero effects

I then tried another tutorial about editing registry files to enable it but that also didnt work. So now im here asking some pros i hope.

    Here is my computer info:

    thanks.

Your problem is the itegrated graphic controller... its been around since 2004 and does not have sufficient memory to use the Aero interface... I suggest you upgrade your card .. Aero requires a minimum of 256mb video memory to run properly .. I suggest 512mb...

I hope this answers your question

check out Newegg.com .... you will need a pci card as your mobo doesnt support AGP or PCIE... You should have no problems finding one @ 40-50 dollars... Good Luck
