Broswing Default Folder Current Library -- Cust My Comp

Hi,

I'm trying to figur out a way to have MY COMPUTER by default for all type of browsing/save as instead of ending up on the "Library one".

I found a way to do it for Windows Explorer but when i browse/save as in misc application it always end up on the Library folders by default.

There the way to get it done for Windows Explorer:

Open any Windows Explorer windows, right click on it, go to properties then in the target write this down: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /root,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

See my attachement for a screenshot.
