Remove icon arrow Win 7 64 Bit

Using the search feature, I have attempted to remove the icon arrows using REGEDIT, however in my PC, the registry entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons does not appear. Instead, the key name HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers
    is listed.

    Help?

Hello Red, and welcome to Seven Forums.

The tutorial below may be able to help with this. I would recommend using OPTION ONE instead if you like though. It's much easier to use. :)

Shortcut Arrow - Change, Remove, or Restore

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

Thank you Shawn! It's easy once you know how!

I guess what threw me off is I read as being applicable to Vista.
