Alternate mouse wheel # of lines scrolled?

    Alternate mouse wheel # of lines scrolled?


    Is there an tool/driver that would let me alternate this setting depending on the app being used or the file being used?

    ie. I want a high number for certain text files (or else at least just for a certain text editor), and a low number for everything else.

A strange thing happened a couple of days ago: I use a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse and the mouse wheel stopped scrolling. For instance on this forum I could scroll around the page using the mouse wheel. I reinstalled the driver no difference. I have a second computer also Windows 7...
