Windows 7: [Request/Help Finding]LogonScreen Type

I didnt know what to title this, this is a request I guess... can someone point out something like or create (dunno if this is a big request or a smalel one)
a type of logon screen that:
Has user accounts on Left hand side the screen.
You can click on one and it will go into the middle, others will stay selectable on the left.
something like that I was hoping for more...windows based on eh...
not enough things like this lets say...so can there be one? its all themes now...
