Software's font changed, anyway to change it back?

I have tried everything posted here but it didn't help
Fonts - Change
And I also make sure that everything in Regional and Languages are English and United States.

Here is the screenshot of the problem, the font in the software looks weird compare to the application name(on top)

If this is the only software that has changed have you tried re-installing Utorrent?

By the way you are only downloading legal torrents, correct?
