MSIE History Folder Shortcut on my desktop?

When using XP, I was able to put the subject shortcut on my desktop by referencing the real History folder in its location: {C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings}. But, I can't seem to find it in this Windows 7 world?

Can anyone help me find it?

Thanks,
--Thri

Start creating a shortcut as usual: Rightclick - New - Shortcut - but in Location field paste the following line:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\History
Next - Finish.
