not displaying the copying Animation

The copying animation that is the paper is moving is not showing

This animation is als not showing in the case of cut as well as paste

Try this:

Start> In the search box type Performance Information and Tools> Enter> Click on Adjust visual effects on left> Performance Options, Visual Effects tab> Click the radio button by Let Windows choose what’s best for my computer> Apply and OK your way out
