How to creat one shortcut to launch multiple programs? and more.

Ok, so i have a few questions. instead of making thread for each. i am posting them hear.

    1. like the title says, i want to know how to create one shortcut to launch multiple programs( Two or three programs at once)?
(edit: i have founded a tutorial on the forume. but it is a bit complicated)

    2. My second question is, is there a way that i pin a folder on taskbar and when click on that icon
it expand( only icons and their name in small space) like a fan( pop in and out). just like the Rocketdoc.?

    3. And at last. how can i prevent a program from appearing in taskbar. like i have installed a skin for WMP and i like it to stay on the desktop.
but for that i have to launch WMP it also appear in taskbar.Which is a bit disturbing.
So can i hide it from taskbar?

If any of above is possible plz tell me.

you could also create a folder in your users folder and have your shortcuts in it, then pin that folder to the taskbar, or try fences and have them all on the desktop but they hide at a double click of the desktop

Fences - Windows Desktop Organization Software

im not sure you can hide the running program from the taskbar, its purpose is to show what is open and running and access it.
the only way i can think of is to have the taskbar set to auto hide then you will only see it pop up when you move the mouse over it
