Problem redirecting my Program Files folder in "regedit"

So in my new build I have installed an SSD and installed windows 7 onto that which is on the C drive. I have installed a HDD for everything else "A Drive". I successfully changed my User folders over to my A drive using the registry. I have been trying to edit my program files in the directory to the A drive but programs are still installing to C:\ unless I manually change it.

Any help would be appreciated. I know it is common for people to use SSD's for the OS so im hoping there is a fix for this.

Thanks
