App to *Separate* Taskbar to Three Monitors?

I searched and found many posts about multi-monitor taskbars, but none that address what I am trying to do.

    Left Monitor: Quicklaunch bar
Middle Monitor: Start button and application taskbar
    Right Monitor: Systray

Is there any 3rd party app that will do that?

I know I can easily extend the whole taskbar across all monitors, but that doesn't do what I want. Ultimately 3 separate completely modular taskbars (where you drag different components to them) would be nice.

You can have 3 separate taskbars, but they will only show the applications that are on that monitor. I know that's not what you seek. Have a look anyway, there is a free version with less options.

Why would you want to separate those items? Makes it inefficient to work and monitor with those items spaced so far apart.

I like the "cockpit" approach - live activity in front of me, launch buttons on the left, status monitors on the right. With plenty of space for each since the controls aren't all bunched together. It works for me.
