Hide Folder Names in Libraries

Sorry if this post is in the wrong section and sorry if the answer to my question is already available on the forums. I did try to search but I don't really know what to search under.

I should first say that I am new to Windows 7 today and have come from Windows XP.

I have moved the location of My Pictures folder to another partition on my system. For some reason the location change has not updated in the Pictures Library. I have manually added the location of the folder but it now shows that folder as a group within the folder.

I have uploaded a screenshot of what I mean,

Right click -> Group By -> None
