Mate resize the image. The height should not be more than 150 pixels, and the width should not be more than 650 pixels. As yours is of 163 pixels height, it is auto resized by the forum software to 150 pixels height, and whenever forum software auto resizes, it losses the transparency.

Keeping the aspect ratio intact, just change the height of the banner to 150 pixels. Then apply it, there will be no white borders.

Nice design btw.

Editing Themes
Making themes is a nice feature in Windows 7. But I have noticed that when I try to change something, it considers it a new theme and I have to save it as something separate. is there any way to simply edit a theme without having to make new iterations?
