Remove "get more themes" and hide/disable NIC LAN properties

Hi, I want to get rid of the "get more themes online" link on personalize page.

Also, the LAN properties for a network adapter, some way to just grey them out so they can not be changed? specifically the ipv4/6 buttons.

why do you want to get rid of the get more themes....
I mean if you don't want it just click it... there is no way to remove it...

because I don't want user to get more themes...and other links from there....

What you can do as an administrator is you can forbid the user to open that website that opens when you click on it
