Unable to change desktop wallpaper

    When I setup the system, I only have OS and program files on C Drive . The actual data like .PST , photos ,etc are in a different disk partition D . I suppose I dont have to do anything with D drive.

    You can leave D as it is, just do the same steps you did before when creating your new profile.

    Don't forget to move the normally hidden AppData folder for your User Profile.

    It looks like the Desktop Wall paper is finally working as expected after creation of a new Profile and migrating my documents over.
