hide or remove my computer tab shortcut menu

hey guy a little help pls,, i want to make my computer more secure even thou i am running just an win 7 starter...
my problem is i want to remove tab option in my computer window like properties, system properties, uninstall or remove a program and map network drive. i have included an photo attachment so u can see more what i mean to say. i incircled it in red..

can somebody help me on this, or ways to hide or maybe remove this...
