    Welcome to the Seven Forums
I am sure I can help you out but I like to have you do a couple things first.
Post a screenshot with arrows pointing at the areas you would like changed pointing out the gradient also.

If you are using the default aero theme I can change that for you, using Windows Style Builder and post it here in a zip folder.
If you are using a custom theme you will need to ask the theme maker. It's not cool to change someone else work.
    &
This will be a custom theme and you will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.

I need you to provide me with a name to call the theme otherwise I will just call it black frame.
    Let me know.

Here you go download the zip folder at the bottom of this post extracted to your desktop then put both (Highlighted in red)1 Black_Frame folder and 1 Black_Frame.theme file in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
    Win7 aero and titlebar color-black_frame.png

It should then show up in Personalization under Installed Themes as Black_Frame.

Let me know if it is OK.

Thx, great work already! Is that too much, if I ask some extra modifications

The idea is get active window (window has focus) and non active frame look identically.

Let me see what I can do, because the images right now are the same for active and inactive I will have to look at some of the properties and check it out.
I will get back to you.

Try this one, download and extract the zip file below to your desktop, then switch to the default Windows 7 Aero theme then logoff and logon then replace the Black_Frame.msstyles in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Black_Frame folder with the one I provided in the download. Now see if it has changed.
Just curious what program or window did you use in your screenshot?
