Here's my current setup;

Stuff used to achieve look:
The wallpaper is a girl from an unofficial clip of AWOLNATION's song called SAIL. It can be found here.
The Windows theme I used is called Placebo Borderless Angst.
The program bar in the bottom right corner is made using RocketDock.
The two folders on the upper left are a custom set called Muro Sccuro and can be found here.
All other desktop modification is created using Rainmeter:
The top navbar is from a pack called Integrator.
The start icon with stats is from Dark Glass.
