How to add Recycle Bin to "Send to" drop down.

I have been looking through the Tutorials and can't find it.
I'm looking for a way when right clicking on something and going to Send TO. I want to add Recycle Bin to the Send To drop down.

Normally, clicking on Delete in the context menu instead would do the same thing, but I'll look into it as well. :)

Thanks folks for your help. I was wanting to do it within Windows 7.
The reason to my thinking, and that can be goofy at times. When I right click and want to delete something and it won't delete without going through a lot of steps. I was thinking just Sending it to the Recycle Bin and then deleting it. It's not a big deal just thought it might be handy. It might be handy getting rid of some nasty little things that cause problems and don't want to leave. Thank you all for your time.
