Can somebody please tell me, why lately any converted PNG from my Photoshop always losing its outer layer transparency?

It needs to be under 650*150. It's the forum resizing script that causes the images to lose their transparency :)

Sorry I haven't been very active recently guys, my PSU developed a fault and I've been stuck without a computer for ages. Well, I have my old laptop (which I'm currently using) but CS6 just about kills it!

That was the preview size :)
I meant when I sized it to sig (650x150, canvas size). The transparent boundaries happened to be filled with white color. It was actually not in its original PSD. Just started two days ago.
