If you haven't the serial did you register the product if so can't you retrieve it from Adobe?
You may have to call them but I should imagine it would be worth it.
If not out the two and I did try both before I obtained CorelDraw

I already hate Gimp. I suck so bad at it. Made this in about 45 minutes, and it would have taken me 2 minutes in PS, and it would have been a lot better looking.

EDIT: Why isn't the PNG transparent? By default the background doesn't have an alpha channel. You need to add one yourself and delete the color first. Alternatively you can just add a new transparent layer and delete the original.
