Well, I just reinstalled Windows, and can't find my Adobe PS CS5 discs () so I'm gonna have to try something free. Is Gimp or Paint.NET better?
Do you Have the serial number any where if so can't you just download it?
If you haven't the serial did you register the product if so can't you retrieve it from Adobe?
You may have to call them but I should imagine it would be worth it.

If not out the two and I did try both before I obtained CorelDraw
    preferring Gimp.

I already hate Gimp. I suck so bad at it. Made this in about 45 minutes, and it would have taken me 2 minutes in PS, and it would have been a lot better looking.

EDIT: Why isn't the PNG transparent?

I've tried GIMP too, it is difficult to learn, like Corel and PS. They all take playing around and "oh that's what that does" kind of thing.

Wait! YES! I found it! My mom was cleaning my room, and she shoved it in my old software case along with my Vista Ultimate disk, Office 2003 and Office 2007 disk, and my OS X 10.4 and 10.5 disk

Glade you found it save the trouble of sodding around calling Adobe.
Even I remember you shouldn't let mum's in ya room lol and I moved out just after turning 16. :)

Here a very fast one I just did in Gimp to show you what is achievable when you persevere with these programs.

By default the background doesn't have an alpha channel. You need to add one yourself and delete the color first. Alternatively you can just add a new transparent layer and delete the original.

Anyway glad you have found the PS CS5.
